CompCalc
Overview - Assists in calculating TTD, PTD and supplemental benefits in Minnesota workers’ compensation claims with injury dates 10/1/1979 and later and does not calculate benefits into the future. All dates must be entered in a m/d/yyyy format.

Note: Because PERA and other state disability benefits have many benefit levels that affect their escalation rate, CompCalc is not specifically programmed to escalate these benefits. For claims receiving state disability benefits, we suggest you run calculations for 1 year periods, manually updating the benefit rate on each January 1st. CompCalc is also not specifically programmed to calculate supplemental benefits for an employee receiving both Minnesota State Retirement System (MSRS) and Social Security benefits. The Flower decision provides a guide on how these benefits should be calculated, but we recommend consultation with an attorney for verification of the calculations.
