Subrogation Calculator
Overview - If a subrogation recovery is received from a third-party tortfeasor, the proceeds are allocated according to the statutory formula in Minn. Stat. §176.061, Subd. 6. SubroCalc uses this distribution formula; however, assumes that the employee’s attorney will take a third of the total recovery amount in addition to costs. Click here for more information about subrogation and the distribution formula.
